Fixed IT ("we", "us") operates fixedit-pro.com. We collect only what we need to answer you and deliver service: your name, contact details, service requests, and payment information handled by our payment processors.
What we collect
Contact forms send us the name, email, phone, and message you enter. Bookings send the service, date, and note you enter. Orders send billing details to WooCommerce and our payment gateway. We keep server backups and standard access logs for security.
What we never do
We do not sell your information. We do not share your data with third parties except processors required to run the service (hosting, email, payments) and when the law requires it.
Client confidentiality
For managed and on-site clients: we do not copy your files off-site without a written request, and your passwords never leave your vault.
Cookies
The store uses session cookies for the cart and login. Analytics, if enabled, are anonymized. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works, checkout needs them.
